When we finally had the brilliant idea to start filming our travel adventures in Jordan last year and came up with this result I felt a bit sad. We have been on so many amazing adventures togehter (next to the fact that I am in love with the cutest cameraman ever)…so why have we never done this before? Pictures do say a lot and I love photography, but with film I take you guys a little further to places where I, besides my footsteps, leave a piece of my heart every time.
We decided to always do this from now on. If only because the images on screen turn out to be indelible memories for the future: ‘look, this is grandma on a camel’…After our 1001-nights adventure we visited Ghent as well, but with severe weather…no travel movie from that trip, but hey: we traveled again this weekend.
Not towards the end of the world this time but to Spain. In search of a little bit of sunshine to stir up the summer feeling. My brother in law lives in Málaga. I am a tad jealous… what a lovely place to live your life. We visit him for the weekend and have unforgettable days. With its stately architecture, orange trees, beaches and Spanish delights we immediately fall in love with this city. We roam from terrace to terrace, eating tapas and drinking gallons of sangria. We give ourselves a vitamin push by not deviating from the sun while we’re on the beach, baking sardines on a crackling olive wood fire. We take a bus ride towards Granada and visit amazing Alhambra. The photos, hotspots and stories will follow, but first I will take you to Spain by this travel movie we made. The Andalusian charm touched me.
Put on the music, because Josh Pyke (-Summer) is just perfect.
